New Automotive Connectors
HVM has been developped for withstanding high voltage, with a miniaturization and SMT low profile, WTB Automotive connector.
For realizing withstanding voltage and miniaturization, it has been designed with a flange structure and a 3.5mm pitch.
For increasingly stringent flammability requirements, use resin that supports UL94 V-O.
SPECIFICATIONS :
Current rating : 5A AC,DC max
Rated voltage : 1 000V AC/DC
Withstanding voltage : 3 000VAC / minute
Temperature Range : -40°c to +125°C > Gold plated
Temperature Range : -40°C to +105°C > Tin plated
Contact resistance : Initial value / 20mΩ max.
Contact resistance : After environmental test / 20m Ω max.
Insulation resistance : 200m Ω min.
Applicable wire : 0.3mm² to 0.5mm², O.D. Ø1.4 to 1.8mm (High voltage cable)
Available in 10 circuits.
Application : for inverters.

WMCB is also a WTB sealed SMT Automotive connector, and waterproof.
Miniaturization is available thanks to 0.5 terminal with 2.0mm pitch.
For increasingly stringent flammability requirements, use resin that supports UL94 V-O.
