COVID-19: Update 14/04/2020

RE: JST France - COVID-19 (updated on the 14^th of April 2020)

Dear valued customer,

The covid-19 pandemic continues to spread worldwide and significantly affects our global organization.

In compliance with the last French governmental restrictions/mandates, further to the defection of many of our suppliers (subcontractors, raw material shortage, logistical constraints, plating companies, packaging suppliers) and of significantly reduced demands from many customers, JST France is forced to maintain the closure of its activities until the 4^th of May 2020.

We understand the difficulty this may cause to your production but would like to highlight that this is not the end of production or of our activity. Once our production starts again, we look forward to resuming normal business as soon as possible.

Due to this exceptional and unprecedented global situation (which is beyond our control) JST France won't be able to accept any costs for late deliveries, storage, and other losses caused by this pandemic period

Our organization is no longer fully able to ensure all your orders. Your backlog is online on our website which allows you to access all your order updates.

The protection and health of our customers as well as our employees are our top priority.

We are all available through our email addresses, we will continue to support you whenever possible during this difficult time.

We will keep you regularly updated as the situation evolves.
