JST Mfg.Co.Ltd.
was established and manufactured Japan's first solderless terminals
and splices.

JST became
the second Japanese manufacturer authorized to bear the UL and CSA
marks in its products.

Crimp style
terminals were authorized to bear the JIS mark (Japanese Industrial
Standards) - a first for this type of product.

JST started
to manufacture and sell its first crimp style connector.

| 1975

J.S.T. Europe
N.V. was established in Belgium, our first production base outside
Japan.

JST developed
ZR connector, first 1.5 mm ID style connector in the world to meet
needs for high density compact mounting.

factory opened in Vitry.
